Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting event attendees
• Assist with event set-up, including equipment arrangement and signage placement
• Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with venue policies
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally
• Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with crowd control measures to maintain safety and order
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to uphold professionalism
