Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring an Event Security Officer for Huntington Bank Stadium on a part-time basis. You will help maintain safety, monitor access, and provide excellent service to attendees and staff in a high-demand venue.

We value strong observation, communication, and teamwork. Applicants should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter issues.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure attendee safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct basic screenings and bag checks.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with staff and emergency services.
• Assist attendees and provide directions as needed.
• Report security-related occurrences to supervisors and document activities.
