Job summary

Star City Games is seeking an Event Sales Representative to manage inventory and sales at storefronts and at events. The role includes traveling to multiple events annually, assisting in booth setup, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include processing mail-in sell requests, pricing inventory for events, and analyzing sales trends to update stock. The position requires strong MTG knowledge and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and related card mechanics.
• Excellent customer service and calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and dependable.
• Able to travel to events (12–20 per year) and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Grade and handle physical inventory daily.
• Purchase inventory at storefront and at events.
• Process mail-in sell requests using the Buyer Admin.
• Assist in setup and operation of the event sales booth.
• Provide industry-leading customer service at events.
• Price and sort inventory for displays at event booths.
• Reconcile inventory after each event.
• Create and maintain event inventory documents.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by Event Sales management.
