Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE: $90,000 to $120,000 in Year 1)

For nearly five decades Tony Robbins has filled arenas. Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny, Mastery University. Live and virtual, from anywhere on the planet, people show up, leave different than they arrived.

This role drives attendance and enrollments to Tony's most sought after programs. You work a warm database of people who already raised their hand, find out what is actually not working in their life, and get them in the room, live or virtual. Then you stay with them after the event. They come back, they upgrade, they refer their people. Your book compounds.

This is a volume + impact role. 120-150+ dials a day, ticket prices around $1,000, and a commission rate that climbs the more you sell. Six figures is the target, not the ceiling.

Earning Structure

• Uncapped commission from day one
• Year 1 OTE: $90,000 to $120,000.
• $36,000 base salary, paid 90-day training.

Daily Expectations

• 120 to 150 outbound dials per day, required
• Disciplined follow-up and structured pipeline ownership
• Passion for sales, personal development, and client transformation

What You Will Do

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual, starting with Unleash the Power Within
• Discovery conversations to surface client needs and limiting beliefs getting in their way
• Build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward a decision on the call
• Develop back-end sales into our larger events, target of one per week
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
• Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales. We care more about production and activity tolerance than the exact number, but this is not an entry-level role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outbound in a KPI-driven environment
• Experience handling price objections by building belief and creating urgency
• No ego, coachability and a true desire to grow and develop your sales craft through coaching
• Work on-site full time in Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sales, coaching or program enrollment, fitness and membership sales, solar, home improvement, roofing, real estate, insurance, financial services, or door-to-door
• Selling an offer where the decision is emotional and personal rather than operational
• Experience growing a client past the first sale into repeat business and referrals
• Prior attendance at a Tony Robbins event, or genuine familiarity with personal development, peak performance, or coaching work
