Job summary

Window Nation is hiring for Part-Time Event Sales Reps to engage attendees at local events, festivals, and home shows in the Detroit metro area. You’ll be on your feet, talking to people, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments to drive leads and commissions.

Expect an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead), paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Interviewing NOW for Part-Time Event Sales Reps with Hourly Pay + Commissions

Looking to break into sales and earn based on your effort? We’re hiring outgoing, reliable people to represent Window Nation at local events, festivals, and home shows.

This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table job. You’ll be on your feet, talking to people, and generating leads.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk to event attendees and spark interest
• Qualify homeowners and set appointments
• Hit lead goals and earn commission
• Set up/break down event booth (materials up to 50 lbs.)

Part-Time Schedule:

• 10–30 hours/week
• Availability to work some evenings + weekends required
• Must work at least 2 weekends/month

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable talking to people all day
• Able to stand 6–8 hours at an event, with or without accommodations
• Able to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a PLUS (but not required)

Where We're Hiring:

Detroit metro area + surrounding communities in Detroit, Wixom, Novi, Commerce Township, Walled Lake, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Southfield, Canton, Northville, Plymouth, Troy, Rochester Hills

$18 - $18 an hour

$18.00 per hour base rate + uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead)
