Harry & David is looking for Event Associates to join our retail team for special events at the Country Village. You will promote sales, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service while helping maintain inventory and merchandising execution.

The role involves walking, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with shift starting at 1st and part-time status. A fast-paced store environment and opportunities to engage in community business-to-business sales are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintains store inventory and assists in merchandising strategies.
• Rings customer transactions and supports the Preferred Customer Program.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold sanitation guidelines.
