Job summary

Responsibilities

Greeting & interacting with all types of customers.
Showcasing products and guiding customers through the buying process.
Asking open-ended questions to understand needs.
Providing accurate product information to aid decisions.
Exceeding service expectations with each interaction.
Encouraging add-on purchases using suggestive selling.
Thanking customers for purchases.
Taking orders in person and by phone, including large orders.
Leading the team during manager absence, running shifts and prep for next shift.
Cash handling and balancing drawers at opening/closing.
