Event Services Group (ESG) in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to join ourSales team. This client-facing role develops new business, manages client relationships, creates event concepts and proposals, and sells a wide range of event services.

The ideal candidate has experience in event sales, hospitality, or related industries and can translate a client vision and budget into creative, executable solutions while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event sales or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with event design and production elements.
• Ability to develop concepts and solutions based on objectives and budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
