PINSTACK is seeking an energetic Event Sales Manager to lead our events and group sales efforts in Westlake, TX. This role focuses on building relationships, converting inquiries to bookings, and delivering memorable guest experiences across corporate events, private parties, and school group outings.

You will work closely with clients and operations to ensure flawless execution, while collaborating with marketing to boost brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a similar industry.
• Goal-oriented with drive to grow market share.
• Strong leadership and communication with a guest-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience cross-functionally with operations and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Event Sales Process: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into events; manage all phases from inquiry to follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive repeat business.
• Plan and customize events to client vision while delivering top service.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure flawless event execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for group events and private parties.
• Partner with Marketing on outreach strategies and attend events to raise brand awareness.
• Serve as primary contact for event clients and resolve concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, proposals, and contracts.
