PINSTACK in Plano, TX is seeking an Event Sales Manager to lead our events and group sales efforts. You will collaborate with clients and operations to plan and execute corporate events, private parties, and group activities, driving bookings and guest experiences.

A mix of relationship-building and strategic closing will be essential. You will manage multiple events with a guest-first mindset, partnering with marketing and operations to ensure memorable experiences and successful revenue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event sales experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; adaptable to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Event Sales Process: qualify and convert leads into events through calls, emails, and tours.
• Build relationships with guests, local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive repeat and referral business.
• Plan and customize events, ensuring high service levels and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and arcade/bowling teams for flawless execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for group events and parties.
• Support marketing outreach and attend community events to boost brand visibility.
• Serve as primary contact for event clients and manage post-event follow-up and records.
