Qualifications

• 2+ years of event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and a guest-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Event Sales Process: prospect, qualify, and convert leads into events.
• Develop relationships with guests, local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Plan and customize events to client vision with high service levels.
• Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and arcade/bowling teams for flawless execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote events.
• Be primary contact for clients and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of sales activity, proposals, and contracts.
