SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Catering Associate to join our hospitality team. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences at cultural attractions by managing catering setup, service, and breakdown across events.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work long hours, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Previous catering or event industry experience is a plus, and all educational backgrounds are eligible.

Qualifications

• Catering and/or event industry experience is a plus.
• All educational backgrounds are eligible.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our client, General Manager and HQ personnel.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities; ability to stay organized.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
• Set up, execute, teardown of catered events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with leaders for overall success.
