Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment seeks an Event Sales Manager to drive revenue via consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and client retention. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes strategic enrollment of new business, leadership of a sales team, and maintaining year-over-year growth.

The ideal candidate excels in prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and managing CRM data, with strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related sales experience and a track record of increasing sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the community and to tradeshows or conferences.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound lead-generating activities and prospecting outside the building.
• Develop and execute local and outbound sales strategy to identify high-potential segments.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team with mentorship and training.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to appointments.
• Monitor KPIs and market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track progress in CRM and communicate with client base.
