Silverton Casino Llc is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the Sales Team and handle catering details for events. You will meet with clients to discuss food and beverage needs, manage all aspects of catering, and communicate with hotel, kitchen, and banquet staff to ensure smooth events.

You will create group blocks, input rooming lists, process deposits, and prepare banquet event orders. Strong event management software skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details after contract is signed.
• Create group room blocks and input rooming lists in STAY.
• Prepare and present BEOs and floor plans to clients and hotel teams.
• Liaise with departments to ensure group needs are met and timelines followed.
• Assist with site inspections, tastings, and event rehearsals.
• Handle post-event folios, charges, and reporting for accounting.
• Produce marketing collateral and promotional materials as needed.
• Answer inquiries and maintain up-to-date filing system.
