Job summary

Follett Higher Education is hiring part-time Event Customer Service Team Members to support fans at events and in stores. If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy selling as part of a team, this role may be a great fit.

You will meet customers, stock and merchandize, assist with gameday set-up, demonstrate product knowledge, and process transactions through the POS system while keeping locations clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, outgoing and customer service oriented.
• Comfortable working in a team and at events.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and interact with customers to meet their needs.
• Stock, price, and organize merchandise.
• Assist with gameday setup and merchandising of all retail locations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Be a champion at suggestive selling.
• Conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines.
• Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
