Job summary

Curated Events Nashville is seeking an Event Project Manager to lead our on-site installation crew and ensure flawless show setups for luxury events. You will guide teams, manage client-facing situations, and uphold the brand's standards across every project.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be in the field daily, coordinating tents, flooring, and premium inventory while maintaining safety and schedule commitments. This position offers room to grow within a dynamic, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with on-site installation experience (tents, flooring, large-scale setups a plus).
• Able to lift and move equipment and work in outdoor conditions.
• Mentor mindset with teamwork and staff development.

Responsibilities

The Role
You’re the quarterback of our on-site installation crew. You’ll lead by example, oversee flawless setups, and serve as the face of Curated Events while guiding your team to success. This is hands-on leadership at its best—driving, building, lifting, and curating the details that make luxury events come alive.

What You’ll Do:
