Job summary

Curated Events Montana Party Rentals is seeking an Install Crew Advanced with Driving to lead on-site setup for complex, large-scale events. You will drive company vehicles, oversee loading, installation, and breakdown, and coordinate a crew to ensure flawless execution at venues.

In addition to strong leadership and logistics knowledge, you will maintain safety, communicate clearly with clients, and train junior crew members while delivering exceptional service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event setup, warehouse operations, or delivery driving.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Driving and transportation of event equipment in company vehicles.
• Lead the setup and breakdown of large-scale event layouts including tents, lighting, and staging.
• Provide guidance and training to junior crew members on-site.
• Act as on-site contact for clients and crew, addressing issues as needed.

Job Summary:
The Install Crew Advanced with Driving position involves leading and executing the setup of the most complex and large-scale event layouts. This position requires advanced knowledge of event equipment and logistics, as well as leadership abilities to guide a team in successful event installations and breakdowns. Drivers in this role will also handle deliveries, pickups, and client interactions with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving and Transportation:
• Safely operate company vehicles, including large box trucks, to transport event rental equipment to and from client venues.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic and company driving policies.
• Event Setup and Breakdown:
• Oversee and participate in the loading and unloading of rental equipment, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Lead the setup of large-scale and intricate event layouts, including tents, lighting, staging, and specialty configurations.
• Coordinate teardown and packing of equipment post-event, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• Leadership and Training:
• Provide guidance and training to junior crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for crew members and clients, addressing any issues or adjustments as needed.
• Customer Interaction:
• Represent Curated Events in a professional and polished manner during all client interactions.
• Respond to on-site client requests or concerns and provide updates to management as necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Inspect all rental equipment for quality assurance before and after each event.
• Report and document any damages or repair needs to the warehouse team.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment.
• Utilize proper lifting techniques and tools to avoid injuries.

Qualifications:
