Job summary

Curated Events Charlotte is seeking a reliable on-site Driver to join our Delivery and Setup team. You’ll help transport, unload, and install rental items at leading venues across the area, ensuring impeccable service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, coordinating with venues and teammates, and enjoying opportunities for growth, training, and competitive benefits as part of our award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Experience driving commercial vehicles (CDL not required).
• Excellent organization and communication in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a physically demanding environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort working on-site at venues and safe loading/unloading practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up event rental items on-site at venues.
• Be the on-site face of Curated Events, providing customer service.
• Manage loading/unloading and movement of equipment safely.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience driving commercial vehicles (CDL not required)
• Organization skills
• Communication skills – English, Spanish, or Both
• Teamwork abilities
• A focus on safety
• Knowledge of safe truck loading and unloading preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs repeatedly in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings
• work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding role requiring regular heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
