Job summary

Curated Events Nashville is seeking a Lead Curator to head our on-site installation crew. You will guide, motivate, and model best practices for flawless tenting, flooring, and luxury setups across events.

This hands-on leadership role requires a driven mentor who can coordinate teams, ensure safety and quality, and represent Curated Events with clients on busy job sites in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• On-site installation experience (tents, flooring, large-scale setups)
• Licensed driver with a clean record

The Role

As a Lead Curator, you're the quarterback of our on-site installation crew. You'll lead by example, oversee flawless setups, and serve as the face of Curated Events while guiding your team to success. This is hands-on leadership at its best - driving, building, lifting, and curating the details that make luxury events come alive.
