Job summary

Kripalu Center For Yoga & Health Inc. seeks an Event Coordinator to serve on the Program Operations Team. You will coordinate all classroom and program needs and provide on-site support for events, working closely with presenters and Kripalu staff to ensure delivery of programs and guest experiences.

You will lead planning meetings, manage schedules, host arrivals, and help create manuals and SOPs while remaining adaptable to changing events and needs across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production details: program schedule, supplies, AV, housing and transportation.
• Serve as host for presenters, group leaders, musicians on arrival and review event details.
• Lead meetings and manage large programs, livestreams or special events.
• Create and maintain program schedules and BEOs; collect data and updates.
• Partner with the manager to develop manuals, SOPs and process improvements.
• Provide on-site support and flexible coverage for shifts as needed.
