Job summary

Augeo is seeking an organized Event Program Coordinator to support planning and execution of a broad portfolio of third-party events across North America. You will work with Event Managers and specialized teams to ensure plans are executed accurately and efficiently throughout the lifecycle.

The role spans early planning through onsite execution and post-event closeout, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination and lead processing. Hybrid work options apply with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, account coordination or marketing events preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and re-prioritize as deadlines change.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for notes, recaps and updates.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of a large portfolio of third-party events across North America.
• Maintain event schedules, plans, task lists and planning documentation.
• Schedule and capture meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute concise recaps.
• Coordinate logistics with venues, organizers and vendors.
• Assist with registration logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Track budgets, approvals, and asset delivery; flag risks early.
• Document learnings and compile post-event reports and recaps.
• Represent Augeo professionally with clients and partners.
