Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking a Production Manager for the San Antonio, TX branch. The role involves leading event production, coordinating equipment, and ensuring seamless client experiences across nights, weekends, and travel.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to deliver high-quality events while upholding INSPIRE's standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in relevant roles (Technical Direction, Production Designer, Account Executive, or Sr.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined industry experience in two of: Technical Direction, Production Designer, Account Executive, Sr. Lead Technician.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and encourage the job mission to clients and INSPIRE team members.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel extensively and hold a current passport.
• Interact seamlessly with sales and operations team members.
• Interact with clients on-site in the absence of an Account Executive.
• Prepare, specify, and coordinate equipment and labor work orders for the event.
• Organize R2 documents for client orders and track equipment usage.
• Negotiate with vendors in INSPIRE's best interest.
• On-site coordination of load-ins, setup, strikes, and load-outs.
• Capable of working independently with minimal assistance in design, logistics, and planning of events.
