Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking an on-site part-time events support staff with strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves building, installing, and tearing down props and florals for scheduled events, driving light vehicles, and ensuring safety and cleanliness on site.

Qualified applicants have reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and at least GED; experience in warehouses or event companies is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, installation, and tear down of props/scenery/florals for events.
• Move furniture, plants, arches, and roll carpets as needed.
• Remove trash and transport to disposal area.
• Keep event areas and warehouse clean and tidy.
• Assist guests and planners with information on facilities and activities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and take ownership of equipment.
• Take photos of damages and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe working environment and proper use of equipment.
