Job summary

Party Perfect is seeking dependable team players to join our event production crew in South Florida, including Boca Raton. This hands-on role covers loading, delivering, installing and breaking down décor for weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, country clubs and private parties.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, setting up and breaking down décor, installing centerpieces, backdrops and signage, and safely handling inventory as part of a coordinated crew.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
• Ability to lift and move event décor and equipment.
• Night and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading event trucks
• Setting up and breaking down event décor
• Installing centerpieces, backdrops, props, signage and specialty décor
• Carefully handling and transporting event inventory
• Working efficiently as part of an installation crew
• Keeping warehouse and event equipment organized
• Following direction from event leads and production managers
