Qualifications

• Previous experience in production coordination, print production, fabrication or related environment.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage changing deadlines.
• Good communication and follow-through; problem-solving orientation.
• Familiarity with Asana and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned production projects from handoff through completion.
• Review orders, specs, drawings, materials and deadlines for completeness.
• Maintain accurate production information in Asana or other systems.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate issues early to keep on schedule.
• Coordinate proofs and internal approvals; verify file readiness for production.
• Support cross-training across Prepress, Print and Fabrication functions.
• Ensure final production meets Blueprint Studios' quality standards.
