Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an Event Production Associate to coordinate and support its Prepress, Print and Fabrication departments. This cross-trained role provides flexible coverage across production areas, develops working knowledge of workflows, and helps move projects from kickoff to final production.

You will maintain production records, track deadlines, identify issues early, and ensure materials, specs and priorities are complete so quality standards are consistently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production coordination, print production, fabrication, event production or graphics production is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines.
• Familiarity with production documentation and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned production projects from production handoff through completion.
• Review work orders, specifications, drawings, dimensions, quantities and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production status and records in project systems.
• Coordinate proofs, revisions and approvals across departments.
• Support workload balancing between Prepress, Print and Fabrication.
• Assist with outsourcing coordination when needed.
