Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead installations and strikes for events. You will manage the field crew, coordinate drivers, and ensure work aligns with contracts and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to forecast labor needs, and strong communication with venues and clients. Full-time position with benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in event related field operations.
• Must be able to supervise staff and coach regularly.
• Organization, detail orientation and teamwork required.
• Able to read basic accounting and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for installations and strikes.
• Coordinate drivers and field crew across events.
• Ensure work aligns with contracts and floorplans.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Prepare labor forecasts and assist cost estimates.
