Ideal candidates are punctual, customer-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced environments; availability includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with transportation to locations required.

Responsibilities

• Registration & Guest Check-In: greet guests, attendees, vendors, and clients; assist with registration and check-in; verify credentials and distribute materials.
• Event Setup: assist with pre-event setup, registration tables, signage, and equipment; organize materials.
• Event Operations: provide onsite production support, manage guest flow, and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Event Breakdown: pack materials, load out, and ensure areas are clean and ready for turnover.
