WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with expertise in corporate event production. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, excel in a fast-paced environment, and manage the entire lifecycle of multiple events per week, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison to produce events, maintaining communication between stakeholders, support staff, and vendors, and lead communication and oversight of departments, providing project updates.
    • Lead planning calls with stakeholders to determine production requirements and offer solutions that align with the scope and budget.
    • Oversee meeting production timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely entry into project management trackers.
    • Develop event technical scope and detailed plans, including run of show, timelines, budgets, statement of works, and logistics.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee production space and internal team of engineers, ensuring technology and facilities are maintained pre-event, during, and post-event.
    • Lead communication and oversight of departments, providing timely updates to leadership and clients, and manage production timelines.
    • Oversee all technical and production aspects of live events, including rehearsals, AV setup, lighting, staging, and meeting platforms.
  • Event Execution:
    • Manage event execution as planned, leading on-site activities to ensure smooth operation.
    • Act as a show caller, managing crew and liaising with clients.
    • Collaborate on content and support needs with event teams.
    • Supervise event staff and troubleshoot issues during events.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare analytics, updating project trackers and sharing metrics.

  • Certification in event planning or project management.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and event management software.

Salary range: $43.27/hr - $52.88/hr.
