Job summary

Parking Services at CU Boulder invites applications for the Event Parking Supervisor positions. There are two positions available. This role acts as a on-call lead worker overseeing concession sales, general and reserved parking and traffic flows on the CU Boulder campus.

This is a 1% on call position working events that include evenings, weekends, and holidays with no guarantee of any number of hours. CU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Will need to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must be available to work a minimum number of events: an average of 5 event or equipment shifts a month in addition to all required shifts.
• Shifts deemed critical by Parking Services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event-related assignments and equipment for a group of parking attendants (students and contract staff) within a defined campus area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address guest needs, and communicate campus parking information.
• Complete required CU Boulder trainings and Parking Services trainings; track assigned events and duties.
• Respond to emergent needs as directed by supervisor or leadership.
