Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder Parking Services invites applicants for the Event Parking Supervisor positions. Two on-call roles involve supervising concessions, parking and traffic flows during events on campus. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays with no guaranteed hours apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Will need to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must be available to work a minimum number of events (average 5 event or equipment shifts per month).
• Shifts deemed critical by Parking Services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event-related assignments and equipment for an assigned group of parking attendants (students and contract staff) within a defined campus area.
• Direct traffic, handle cash and reconcile, and resolve customer problems.
• Provide detailed onsite briefings related to the event's logistics and keep Events Managers informed of equipment, personnel, and topics.
• Complete required University trainings and Parking Services trainings, and track assigned events.
• Respond to emergent needs as directed by supervisor or leadership.
• This is an in-person, on-call position with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends; two positions are available.
