Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a skilled event cook to join the Constellation team in Sarasota, FL. You will prepare a variety of meals for diverse clients at unique events, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to recipes.

This role requires at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong knowledge of culinary methods, and strict food safety practices. Candidates with a Food Handler certification will be favored.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on cooking from scratch.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to use kitchen tools and equipment, identify food items, provide friendly customer service, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level product knowledge.
