Job summary

Potentially some light kitchen food prep (not cooking, but sometimes hors d'oeuvre composition, garnishes, other finishing touches, and helping plate out). Helps breakdown event. Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
