Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group in Miami, FL is hiring an Event Pantry Assistant. The role focuses on event setup, BOH organization, rental equipment, trash management, and general kitchen sanitation.

Occasional light prep like hors d'oeuvre plating may be required, with possible floor coverage during events. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with attention to detail and service knowledge.

• Helps breakdown event. Pantry is primarily BOH focused, but staff may be asked to step in on the event floor if needed.
