Job summary

Daniel Stowe Conservancy in Belmont, NC is seeking a Part-time Operations Technician to support behind-the-scenes operations for guests and events. The role requires working a non-uniform schedule, primarily Fridays through Sundays, including nights and weekends as a regular expectation.

You will assist with setup and breakdown of spaces and IT equipment, manage parking with a point‑of‑sale device, direct guests, monitor safety, perform custodial duties, and respond quickly to maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in event logistics or related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assists with operational setup and breakdown of spaces and events.
• Welcomes guests and manages parking via POS device.
• Directs guest vehicles and ensures safety in parking areas.
