BEST Crowd Management is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support major venues in professional sports and other events in Minneapolis, MN. You will help coordinate event operations, supervise staff, and address client needs to ensure safe, successful experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage incidents and emergencies on-site. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
