Job summary

RTM Business Group is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead our logistics team for B2B conferences. You will oversee pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis, coordinating speakers, staff, venues, and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field, 1–2 years of experience, ability to travel nationwide, and proficiency with Airtable, CVENT, Alchemer, or Adalo. We offer unlimited PTO, hybrid work, and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry or events.
• Proactive, highly organized and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage event onsite, including coordinating with speakers, staff, setup/teardown, and issue resolution.
• Create and implement event operation plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate all phases of logistics: food, room layout, transport, AV, registration, and on-site execution.
• Mentor and train team as needed.
• Travel nationally throughout the year.
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services.
• Create and monitor event timelines using Airtable.
• Collaborate with internal teams on collateral, client requirements, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain professional relationships across networks.
