CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring for an Operations Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This onsite role leads warehouse and transportation operations, overseeing staffing, inventory, and fleet to support tradeshow and event furniture needs. Salary is $72,000 annually, with a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, event operations, or distribution management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, safety, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor needs and schedule drivers, temporary labor, and warehouse staff to meet demand.
• Schedule deliveries and labor hours; route trucks efficiently and provide real-time support.
• Collaborate with sales and clients on furniture needs and event timelines.
• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and ensure DOT compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train warehouse and delivery personnel.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset management; coordinate transfers.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for warehouse operations.
• Lead warehouse improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Handle payroll, reporting, and KPI tracking.
