Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse and transportation operations in Stoughton, MA. This onsite role requires coordinating labor, fleet, inventory, and safety programs while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, event operations, or distribution management.
• Prior event operations, tradeshow, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics, safety, and compliance; DOT knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor needs and schedule drivers, temporary labor, and warehouse staff.
• Schedule deliveries, labor hours, and route trucks efficiently; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and clients to plan furniture needs and event timelines.
• Lead and develop warehouse and delivery staff; support onboarding and coaching.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, asset management, and budget adherence.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, maintenance, and DOT compliance.
