Job summary

CORT Tradeshow & Events is hiring an Operations Manager for Stoughton, MA to lead warehouse and transportation operations across the district. You will forecast labor, schedule drivers and warehouse staff, ensure safety and DOT compliance, manage inventory and fleet, and drive efficiency while mentoring team members and coordinating with sales and client events.

This onsite role requires flexibility for some nights and weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, event operations, or distribution management.
• Event operations, tradeshow, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics, safety, and compliance; knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor needs and schedule drivers, temporary labor, and warehouse staff to meet demands.
• Schedule deliveries and labor hours; route trucks efficiently; provide real-time support.
• Coordinate with sales teams and clients for event furniture needs and layouts.
