Job summary

Boxbar Tech in the United States is seeking an experienced Event Operations Lead to manage on-site activities at live events. You will oversee Boxbar units and bar areas, ensure proper setup, smooth operation and a high standard of presentation.

Training is provided, and the role requires reliability, calm under pressure, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays at various venues nationwide. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with travel to client sites and venues as

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work event-based shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel to event sites as required.
• Must be comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, lifting, moving equipment and supporting setup/breakdown.
• Alcohol service certification may be required depending on the state, venue and event.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, operation and breakdown of Boxbar units at live events.
• Ensure Boxbar units and bar areas are clean, organized, stocked and ready for service.
• Assist with basic technical checks and first-line troubleshooting during events.
• Train and support venue staff on how to use Boxbar equipment correctly.
• Act as a professional on-site representative for Boxbar.
• Communicate clearly with venue teams, event partners and Boxbar management.
• Monitor the performance of the units during the event and escalate issues quickly.
• Support customer service and guest experience where required.
• Help maintain safe, tidy and compliant working areas throughout the event.
• Assist with loading, unloading, equipment movement and post-event clean down.
• Complete simple post-event reports and feedback forms.
• Follow all Boxbar operating procedures, venue policies and health and safety requirements.
• Support wider event delivery activity where needed.
