Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Barback/Busser to support bar operations during events. Assist with beverage service, stock management, and ensure timely delivery of quality products under Bar Manager guidance. Work with suite staff and other departments to maintain high sanitation and customer service standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle dynamic event schedules.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Basic cash handling and math skills required.
• Experience or familiarity with bar operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee food and beverage requirements for bars during events.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory of accountable items.
• Maintain stock levels and proper storage of products.
• Ensure quality products are delivered fresh and timely as guided by Bar Manager.
• Collaborate with Suite Staff, Kitchen, and Stewarding departments.
• Uphold grooming and sanitation standards.
• Support event schedules and assignments based on business demands.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
