Job summary

Boxbar Tech is seeking a Beverage Dispense Technician to join our US field operations. This hands-on role covers installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance across customer venues, with regular travel across the US. You will support launches, train venue teams, and ensure systems operate safely and reliably.

The ideal candidate has strong practical technical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field while representing Boxbar professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or similar hands-on technical roles.
• Ability to install, service and maintain equipment in customer environments.
• Familiarity with beverage dispense systems and related hardware/electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Boxbar systems at new customer venues.
• Provide on-site support during launches and initial operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and diagnostics in the field.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs, documenting work performed.
• Travel regularly to customer locations and coordinate with venue teams.
