Job summary

Boxbar Tech is seeking a Beverage Dispense Technician to install, commission, service and maintain our beverage technology across US venues. This hands-on, field-based role requires travel to customer sites, on-site launches, and ongoing maintenance to ensure equipment safety, reliability and performance.

You will work with mechanical, electrical and dispense systems, diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and train customer teams on proper operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and hands-on technical work.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with electrical/electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose faults methodically.
• Experience installing, servicing or maintaining equipment.
• Comfort with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the US.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Boxbar systems at new venues.
• Provide on-site technical support during launches.
• Maintain and service installed equipment over time.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance.
• Train venue teams on correct operation of equipment.
