Legends Global is seeking an experienced Event Manager to coordinate large-scale events at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. You will manage planning, staffing, and execution for trade shows, conventions, banquets and meetings, ensuring client requirements and facility policies are met.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and liaise with marketing and IT to ensure smooth operations during, before, and after events. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Facility management or event management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or graphics software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage events at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, including trade shows, conventions, large banquets, and special events.
• Develop assignment schedules for staffing to ensure proper event presentation.
• Supervise event staff and contract personnel during events, including crowd control and guest services.
• Coordinate with vendors, marketing, and IT for media entry and event logistics.
• Inspect facilities for occupancy suitability and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Process event-related purchases, post-event invoicing, and notes for future events.
