Job summary

The Special Event Resource And Design Group in Florida is seeking a hands-on events assistant responsible for prepping all aspects of high-end events, such as weddings and galas, and may include safely transporting props to elite venues. You will assist and lead on-site teams to achieve event goals, load and unload trucks, assemble props, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English speaking is required / bilingual is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Positive attitude and fast-paced work style.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly lift, load, and offload boxes, tables, carts, and floral arrangements.
• General product and prop assembly and preparation while meeting deadlines.
• Accurately load and unload trucks for events in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy work environment.
• Safely drive non-CDL trucks to and from events.
• Fleet fueling and upkeep.
• Shipping and Receiving.
