Job summary

The Special Event Resource And Design Group is hiring for part-time and full-time roles to support high-end weddings, galas, and corporate events in West Palm Beach, FL. The helper will assist with on-site setup and breakdown, manage decor carts, and ensure smooth event execution in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check and drug test. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available for qualified

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
Willingness to assist executive team during setup and breakdown.
Availability during peak season (Oct–May) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend, holiday, and night availability is required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up events on-site at luxury venues.
Carefully navigate carts carrying delicate decor and floral arrangements.
Set up a variety of props, vases, florals, linens, and tables.
Breakdown all event décor after the event concludes.
