Job summary

Prep Network is seeking an Event Operations Intern to support nationwide tournaments with packing, staffing, scheduling, and logistics. You’ll operate as a flexible contributor across event operations, sales, marketing, and web development to ensure every weekend runs smoothly.

During the school year this position is remote; in the summer you’ll be local to Twin Cities and move toward full-time hours. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics, project management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior in college ready to apply classroom concepts to real-world operations.
• Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Ability to take direction and work autonomously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner; proficient with Google tools.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communicator and multitasker with clear written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Swiss Army Knife: assist with packing/shipping, staffing, and scheduling.
• Support event operations systems to ensure on-time, properly staffed events.
• Collaborate across teams to keep event details aligned.
• Handle data entry, inventory, staff confirmations, and feedback collection.
• Learn and grow into a future event operations leader.
