Job summary

Basketball-Propertie in Miami seeks an Event Day Incident Management Supervisor to direct Base Operations during games, concerts, and special events, ensuring rapid incident response and seamless coordination.

You will monitor incidents in real time, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with security, facilities, EMS, and other teams to keep operations safe and well-managed. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ related experience, and/or active or retired emergency services dispatcher, police officer, fire fighter experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Base Operations during events to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate Base Operations staff across teams throughout each event.
• Monitor, dispatch, and track incidents in real time.
• Prepare clear incident reports detailing actions taken and final outcomes.
• Coordinate with security, facilities, EMS, and event staff as needed.
• Escalate critical incidents and conduct post-event reviews.
