Job summary

Base is seeking a charismatic individual to manage events in Miami, ensuring an exceptional experience for each Member. This role involves setting up venues and engaging with Members, requiring attention to detail and reliability.

Events will vary in size, and you will adapt accordingly. Flexibility in scheduling is expected as most events will be on weekends and weeknights. Pay ranges from $25 to $300 per event based on size and responsibility.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Comfortable on your feet for the duration of events.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the event space and ensure everything is set before arrivals.
• Welcome Members and engage with them by name.
• Lead and adapt the event format based on the audience size.
